What is Counselling?

Counselling offers the time to explore issues that affect your life and keeping you from reaching your full potential. These issues could arise from either current issues, from past events or both. They can impact on all areas of your life; home, relationship and work can be looked at.

We can work together in a safe, professional environment, where you will feel safe, unjudged, listened to and understood. I will support you and guide you to finding solutions to your issues.

Choosing a therapist is the first step you make in your journey to a more fulfilled, happier life, to helping you realise your full worth.

How it Works

  1. Get in contact with me, and then I'll send you an email back or call at a convenient time for you.
  2. We will decide when would be a good time to have a free taster session.
  3. The taster session can either be on the phone, on Skype or in person.
  4. You will decide whether you want to continue with the counselling, and we can decide on the best way forward.
